NPM is bringing a new approach to academic and summer vacation rental housing throughout the Narragansett area. Our goal is to rent you a beautiful property at a reasonable price, which you want to return to year after year. To those ends, our task begins with the signing of the lease and we provide 24/7 maintenance service to landlords and tenants. We are prepared to address any issue, large or small, and resolve it to our clients’ satisfaction. We stay in contact with homeowners and notify them of any issues as soon as they arise. We encourage students’ families to contact us with any concerns or questions about your students’ life off campus.
