Spa Mosaic

Wanted a mani-pedi on my day off while in the area. Rachel Storey was able to help. She was both delightful to talk with and very attentive to my nails. She even made a very helpful recommendation to address a nail health issue. She also does hair! I'll be calling her again when I'm in the area.

The space is also very comfortable and nice--with my favorite hair products from Davines.

Well this was really disappointing. I have been here twice. Most recently under the new management. First time was fine. I saw Paige who did a nice job on my color. I went to rebook last week and had accidentally made an appt for the following day. This was at 8pm at night. I called first thing in the morning and revived a call back when they opened. I was told no problem, I had my correct appointment for the first week of December confirmed. Imagine my shock when the next day I had a charge on my credit card.

The "manager" was very rude. Told me it's 50% charge no matter what. Well that wasn't expressed when I called and explained what had happened the day prior. Was told the owner would contact me. No phone call whatsoever. Very disappointing. This place is a gimmick.

I've been transitioning to my natural silver hair for two years now. I've gone through many hairdressers over the years, but I really wanted someone who understood and supported my decision to stop dyeing my hair. Last October, I was at Spa Mosaic waiting for a pedicure appointment when I saw a woman with gorgeous silver hair in a stylish bob cut. When I found myself gushing over this woman's hair, she told me about Melanie. A few months later, I found myself in Melanie's chair at Spa Mosaic. I was instantly comfortable with Melanie because she really listened to me. It was also evident that Melanie is highly skilled, experienced, and very comfortable in working with clients. Without a doubt, Melanie is THE best hair stylist I've ever had.

An absolute great experience from start to finish! I had a haircut done by Melanie a couple years ago, and returned because of the care and passion she puts into her work. Went in for a keratin treatment but was recommended a Brazilian blowout instead, which was more fitting for my type of hair, and I'm glad I took the advice. Melanie was extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure. She definitely made the (3 hour) process a tremendously enjoyable experience. She was very sincere and gave very useful tips and tricks, which I definitely plan on implementing into my hair care routine. She was very accommodating and meticulous about not cutting corners considering the long process, which noticeably paid off in the end. All in all, I'd highly recommend.

It took me 5 years to find a salon that does hard waxing, has a clean welcoming aesthetic and very friendly, efficient staff. I got my lip and brow waxed by Joanne this morning. What a lovely woman and an expert waxer. What impressed me most was when I walked in a few mins early, she said she might be a few mins late because her appt before me had arrived. I did not mind because I just wanted to sit and enjoy the surroundings. After about 3 mins, Joanne said come on, her loss. That is what I expect from customer service! I can not wait to go back for a facial, massage and nails. Thanks

I had a massage booked for the first time at another location. They canceled on me with 40 minutes notice. Such poor business practice. :(

So, I picked up the phone and started calling around to other places. When I reached spa mosaic, they asked me when I wanted to be seen. I answered "ASAP". I was put on a short hold and then asked "can you be here in 25 minutes?" Um, YES!

Never in my thoughts did I think somewhere would fit me in same day. They saved me from the disappointment of my Friday massage being canceled and I ended up having a wonder treatment by Felicia. I'm booked again!

Also, I felt very safe. This establishment is very clean and you can tell they are adhering to the new covid safety rules.

Had a great cut by Olivia, she gave me exactly what I was looking for. The massage chairs at the hair washing stations are a nice feature!

A girly girl kinda place! Had one of the best facials ever. 90 minutes FLEW by and I left wobbly kneed and glowing.

Joanne, the esthetician is amazing!! I enjoyed an hour long facial and it was absolutely fantastic, the best I ever had...strongly recommend !!
