Elite is always thorough, customer service is great here and my car always comes out of this shop clean and well cared for. This is a great family-owned and operated place of business and it shows in the way they care for their customers and vehicles. Pricing is transparent and fair and they go over all your options and let you know which things are important and which should be done soon. Always a pleasure doing business with this shop.

Of communication, transparency with repairs and over the moon friendly. Not only did they fix my car, but they washed and vacuumed (it was a mess). I had 2 tires blow on the highway, but also needed brakes & new tires. They worked with my insurance and dealt with the entire process. I got a previous quote for repairs from my dealer and it was almost double what they charged. Thank you!! NEVER AGAIN

Good afternoon Chuck B. We do not have your records in our system. Can you direct message us with some more information so we can get this issue resolved. Or you can give us a call at 4017368942. We do not want to leave you unhappy with our service if you did get your vehicle serviced with us. I would like to know more information like your name, vehicle information, and when you came in for the repair. I also would like to see if this actually happen at Elite auto repair. We do not take advantage of our clients so I don’t see why we would take advantage of you and charge for something we didn’t fix.

First called to inquire about my Toyota Tacoma making a clunk noise when applying the brakes. Was told it was most likely that the pins holding brake pads were dry of grease and removing them, greasing them usually does the trick.
So I made an appointment for that to be done and also have them check out the brakes while they were at it.
I arrived at the appointment for 8 AM and was told there would be a $175 evaluation fee to look at it. I was very surprised because the phone conversation I had with a gentleman who told me he's been working on Toyotas for over 30 years never mentioned an evaluation fee. I told the young man at the desk (who was very pleasant) that I was there to have my pins greased and the brakes looked at. Nothing was mentioned about an evaluation fee. A man behind the desk in an office, which, apparently is the owner informed me that greasing the pins was a possibility. He then proceeded to say there might be something else wrong. I then asked the young man if my pins would be greased upon evaluation, and he said yes, it would be included in the price. I received a call approximately 2 to 3 hours later, informing me that I needed to replace my brake pads both rotors and both calipers along with an oil change and an air filter for a grand total of around $870.
My truck has 42k miles on it and replacing the whole front end brake system seemed a lil off.
I replaced the brakes with my buddy and he noted there is nothing wrong with the rotors or calipers. But there were 2 wire clips missing on the pins which combined with the thin pads was making the noise. I also had my oil changed at Valvoline with a $50 coupon and they informed me my air filter was just fine.
Bottom line I spent less than $100 to fix the clunk noise and change my oil vs the $870 the wanted.

I feel like this shop is dishonest in their parts prices and also $174 per hour !?! I am going to call BMW to get their labor charge. My 1st time at Elite and I feel like they are a dishonest repair facility. I looked up the parts on fcpeuro and eeuroparts and questioned parts prices and they found mistakes which saved me $250. I am not a happy 1st time customer and neither was the other customer picking up his car.

I've been going to this place for over six years and paying over $300 labor per hour and I never questioned it. So my battery died. Not only did they charge me $163 for a new one they charge me $130 to install it. OK so I paid it three months later the battery Goes dead I called AAA they said the battery is dead I said how could that be it's only three months old so they replaced my battery and charge me $192 total. I take the battery back to the place they tested it and they agreed the battery is dead so instead of refunding me what I paid $292 they only refunded me $190 and gave me some Silly explanation. In the last six years I must've spent anywhere between 6000 or 7k there. For $100 they lost a customer forever that's really good business. Please do not go to this place they will smile and laugh with you and then stab you in the back with the bill. Oh yeah, if you leave Your car in the parking lot for over 24 hours they'll charge you a $30 storage fee. They call themselves a neighborhood auto repair shop. What a joke.

Hi William, we’re sorry to hear you had a less than perfect experience. If you’re willing to discuss with me, I’d love to speak with you personally and work to restore the relationship!
First, We have never in our 25 years of business charged over $300 per hour for labor. Actually never have charged over $200 for labor. However I do understand the battery we installed 4 months ago died and you elected to have AAA replace it to the cost of $192. Unfortunately, had we known, we would have reminded you that you have a 24 months and/or 24,000 miles nationwide warranty and the battery could have been replaced at no cost. We felt it was fair to refund you for the cost of the battery minus the labor from your original service, a total of $162.
To return the battery to our supplier, we did need to test the battery and print a failed test result.
As for the storage fee, we only charge when we need too and when some clients don't want to pick up there car in a timely manner. This is because of the limited space we have where we are located. We didn't charge you any storage fees so I feel that this was unnecessary to bring up.

I visited Elite Auto for the first time and I couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, so friendly and really make you feel like you are in the best hands possible (well your car) but you get it.
They did a thorough inspection of my new (used) BMW and provided me a checklist of allllll the things from anything major to much smaller items. They went over anything with a safety concern and we were able to pinpoint the things I needed to do sooner than later, and even made a plan for the other items that can wait.
I feel that they have my better interest at heart and are not trying to upsell me on anything. Everything that they listed, had a reason behind it and even videos showing me the concern and why it needs to be replaced.

i took my mercedes c300 to elite for a B service which includes many things including new wiper blades and brake fluid exchange. they called me and said my car was in great shape but the technician noticed a little water in brake fluid which would be an added cost. i informed them that B service includes a brake fluid exchange in the cost of B service. when i picked up my car the brake fluid was not changed nor were the wipers replaced with new mercedes wipers which is also included in a B service. when i explained this to them about the brake fluid being included in a B service the reponse was yes it should include fluid exchange but we didnt do it. they wanted to charge me for a service that was included. also never replaced the wipers. i have taken my car to them since i bought it and i have received great service in the past. i highly recommend taking your car elsewhere as their customer service is nothing like it was in the past

I asked for a quote 3-times on their on-line website contact area. Never got a response. They should fix the on-line issue or at least answer even if the are not interested. Waste of time!!!! Hope they fix cars better than they fix their Website.
